NewsTo mark our 25th year in business, Simply Wood have installed a 'Chef's Kitchen' in our purpose-built showroom just outside Bude. We have for the last year been busy entertaining foodies with cookery master classes in conjunction with renowned local chefs, all in an effort to raise funds for charity's across the country starting with 25 ShelterBoxes - one to mark each year of the company. 
Demand for the cookery evenings was so high that the company decided to build a mobile version of the kitchen for demonstrations 'on the move' at food events and festivals. The kitchen has been cleverly designed so that it can be set-up and packed away quickly and efficiently by the Simply Wood team and comprises of two chef's islands, two ovens, hobs and a couple of fridge's. This was launched in May at the 'Dartington Food Fair' and has since been seen at the 'Royal Cornwall Show' and 'Royal Duchy Food & Drink Show' before being requested for the Rick Stein event. Other prestigious bookings follow later in the year including the 'Cornwall Food & Drink Festival', 'National Gardening Show' and 'Padstow Christmas Festival'
